Goat chèvre cheesecake is "Light", "Airy", "Creamy" and "Sweet".

It has a lovely lemon flavor, and it is not too sweet. Add hand picked Oregon Hood strawberries and you have something to die for.

The chèvre gives this cheesecake an airy texture. Airy, not dense. It is "ethereal". It melts on your tongue as it blends with the Oregon Hood berries.

You can only find this one place in the world -- Joan's kitchen.
